As always, our commercial louvres and screen products, are designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the superior quality and standards you’ve come to expect. And proudly, these are all now backed by ISO and AS certification. These are internationally recognised standards which include:
- ISO 9001: Quality Assurance
- ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management
- ISO 4801:2001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management
What Quality Assurance means for our customers:
Quality Assurance means that every detail of our process is fully documented as a formal procedure and meets the Quality Assurance standards. This includes: initial concept development, design drafting, engineering and progression through to contracts, project construction, contracts and finance and on site construction and final completion, warranties and customer feedback.
Environmental Management also ensures environmentally sustainable behavior in every area, of our installation process which is not just protecting native flora and fauna while onsite, but also minimising waste generated in the office and warehouse, looking for ways to maximise recycling and reuse, and selecting sustainable products for use in our louvre and sun screen projects.
Occupational Health and Safety Management means that safety is not compromised at any point, and we have logical and meaningful processes in place for all staff to ensure a safe environment. It means that our standard of quality is consistent and is constantly improving.
