Industrial Louvre Designs
Less than 1km away from Brisbane’s CBD and drawing inspiration from the commanding presence of the Story Bridge, The Linc showcases sophisticated inner city apartments with subtle industrial overtones. The distinguished dwellings showcase industrial louvre designs which draw the eye and provide elements for increased building performance.
Internally, the apartments are energy efficient by design and boast a range of features including cross flow ventilation and screens to minimise both the heat from the sun and the demand on mechanical cooling.
Louvreclad designed and installed the Barossa Series® horizontal batten screen balustrading, the Sheraton Series® awning louvres and Polaris Series® Stair Screening to assist in the overall design and building performance.
