Urbanest Student Village
Sunhood Louvres
With an overall cost of $40,000,000, Urbanest acts as a long-term accommodation facility, providing 716 beds for tertiary education students.
For the Urbanest Student Village project, Louvreclad supplied and installed 333 Caprice Series® sunhoods as well as nearly 500 m2 of Sierra Series® louvres.
These sunhoods and louvres provide a modern and contemporary look to one of the city’s largest residential buildings.
Louvreclad worked alongside the designer to select the right colours and finishes to provide maximum impact. Every aspect of our custom projects is crucial for a positive outcome.
