Architectural Window Screen Solutions – A stunning finish.
One of the most dynamic looking community hubs in Victoria, Louvreclad products have provided a fantastic finish to the 6 level, $52 million building with the use of architectural window Screening. Boasting a purpose built library, customer service centre, community meeting spaces and an exhibition area, the Sunshine Community & Civic Centre on Hampshire Rd is as amazing inside as it is out.
One of the centre’s most distinctive features is the stunning architectural window screens. Louvreclad was contracted to supply and install these screens which cover a huge portion of the building, simultaneously providing protection and bespoke looks.
The Caprice and Scarborough Series® fixed louvre and architectural screen solutions were used to create the desired effect, showcasing an excellent example of a simple product used to create a spectacular outcome. The striking design by Lyons has been registered for 5 Star Green Star – Public Building Design v1.
