Aluminium sunshade screens for Yarrabilba State School

The new Yarrabilba State School is going to be a state-of-the-art project with aluminium sunshade screens.

The $40M school is one of three new primary schools to be constructed at Logan, Caloundra South and Coomera under a $118 million contract, awarded to FKG.

“Yarrabilba is one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland so we are pleased to fast-track this project to deliver the school one year earlier than first scheduled”

Awarded to FK Gardner & Sons and product specified by Group GSA – Louvreclad are pleased to be providing the design, manufacture and installation of the Aluminium Louvres and Sunhoods – a stunning aesthetic and practical design feature for the new school.

Aluminum sunshade screens are a crucial design element in public schools. Providing sufficient protection from the weather is of paramount importance.
